1. Overview
At CyberCraft Bangladesh, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital services. This Return & Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds may be requested and the process for handling them.
2. Refund Eligibility
Due to the nature of digital services, refunds are only considered in the following circumstances:
- The project has not yet been started and no work has been commenced.
- We are unable to deliver the agreed service due to reasons entirely on our end.
- The deliverable is materially different from the agreed-upon project scope and revisions have not resolved the issue.
Refunds are not applicable once substantial work has been delivered or the project has reached a major milestone unless agreed otherwise in writing.
3. Refund Timeline
Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 working days from the date the refund request is approved. The refund will be returned via the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
Working days exclude weekends (Friday & Saturday in Bangladesh) and public holidays.
4. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund request, please follow these steps:

- Provide your order details, payment reference, and a brief explanation of your refund reason.
- Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.
- If approved, the refund will be processed within 7 to 10 working days.
5. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Completed and delivered projects that have been approved by the client.
- Third-party costs (domain registration, hosting, premium plugins, or licenses) paid on behalf of the client.
- Maintenance or support packages where the service has already been rendered.
- Rush or expedited delivery fees.
6. Partial Refunds
In cases where work has partially begun, a partial refund may be considered based on the proportion of work completed. This will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and communicated transparently to the client.
7. Disputes

8. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update this policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
