• Late payments may delay delivery or pause ongoing work.

4. Project Delivery

We aim to deliver projects within the agreed timeline. However, delays may occur due to client-side feedback delays, missing content, or scope changes.

5. Revisions

Revisions are provided based on the agreed project scope. Additional revisions or new features outside the scope may require extra charges.

6. Intellectual Property

Once full payment is completed, the final delivered work belongs to the client. CyberCraft Bangladesh reserves the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

7. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital services, payments are generally non-refundable once work has started. Refunds may be considered only in exceptional cases at our discretion.

8. Limitation of Liability

CyberCraft Bangladesh is not responsible for any indirect or incidental damages, loss of revenue, or business interruptions arising from the use of our services or website.
